Sky City Dining for a Difference

On 1 September 2012, 13 top chefs will provide a unique dining experience for a group of lucky New Zealanders.  It is proposed that 6 chefs – including Peter Gordon himself - will be international (selected from Air New Zealand’s destinations), with the rest from around New Zealand. Golf Marrowthon

The Taupo Golf Marrowthon is scheduled for Friday 12 October . Join our fundraising goal, shoot 183 over par, and go home feeling good! It doesn't matter how rusty you, or your clubs are; the Golf Marrowthon 100 Hole Challenge is in full swing again, and we need you on the course. Be part of this unique event and help raise vital funds for the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation. You will get to play 100 holes in just one day. It is definitely a challenge, but actually very achievable. It's a real test of your endurance. Check the website for details.

World Lymphoma Awareness Day

World Lymphoma Awareness Day (WLAD) is a global event observed every year on 15 September 2011.
WLAD is an international effort to raise much-needed awareness about lymphoma. The LBF is a member of the international Lymphoma Coalition which aims to raise awareness about lymphoma. Click here for more information.

Leukaemia Awareness Week

Leukaemia Appeal Week (LAW) is recognised on 5-11 November 2011. Leukaemia Appeal Week is the LBF’s national appeal to support patients and families living with blood cancer or a related blood condition. Every day, 6 New Zealanders are diagnosed with a blood cancer like leukaemia. Our leukaemia champions have shared their stories to help us raise awareness about blood cancers.
