Update: Support Services in Alert Level 1

15 June 2020 -

As you know, during lock-down and alert levels 3 and 2 we have been operating all our services online.  Now that we are in alert level 1, we would like to let you know what this means for our patient support services.

We are delighted to say that as of now, we are restarting our face to face individual and family support throughout the country.

Support groups: we will be rolling out our ‘in person’ support groups over the next few months.  In places where we are operating locally, we will be back to running our support groups in person very soon.  In those regions that require further travel for our Support Services team, we will be continuing our Zoom support groups a little longer and we hope to see you in person in a couple of months.

All our other services including voucher support continue to run as normal.

WINTER-SPRING WEBINAR SERIES

We would also like to remind you of our upcoming Winter-Spring Webinar Series.  This is in place of our Patient Forum this year and will be aiming for weekly Friday lunchtime webinars on disease specific and survivorship topics commencing the end of July.   We are lining up some exciting speakers and topics!  The full programme will be up on the website by early July and we will be sending out regular reminders.
