Rosie leads strategic advocacy efforts to enhance care and treatment access for New Zealanders affected by blood cancer. With extensive experience in health policy, patient advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, she previously held industry roles focused on medicine policy and funding negotiations for haematology interventions across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Rosie is passionate about the potential for innovation to transform patient outcomes and is dedicated to modernising New Zealand’s health policy landscape to ensure timely access to world-class treatments.
